Rainbow Theater opens it's 8th season October 25-28 at Stevenson Dining Hall. The troupe will take to the road to perform at Louden Nelson Community Center, Santa Cruz, on November 2-3.
The shows will consist of four 1 act short plays. Rainbow Theater seeks "to enhance the cultural climate of the UCSC campus and surrounding communities through the encouragement of the celebration of American diversity".
Tickets, available at the door only, are $4 for students with identification and $6 for other adults.
Special Gospel presentation with Calvin Bernard Rhone and Monica Parker will be co-hosted by Don Williams and accompanied by Bethel Gospel Choir and many other guest. Shows times are November 23-24 at 7:30 at the Coconut Grove.
