Lab Rules

Access to The Cave is restricted.

Access to the lab is governed by an Omni-Lock Security System which requires a 7 digit code to unlock. Each user of The Cave is provided a code to unlock this door. The rules regarding Cave codes are as follows:

• Do not share your code with anyone else.
• Do not provide access to people without codes.
• Do not leave the door to The Cave propped open (this goes against the idea of having a coded entry system).

Student codes are changed each quarter.

Consumption of alcohol in The Cave is prohibited

Computer Labs are considered by The Campus to be "public spaces" and as such it is illegal to consume alcohol in these locations.

Keep food and drink away from computers

If you're going to bring it into the lab, keep it at one of the tables away from the computers.

Keep The Cave clean

There is no cleaning service for this lab. Although it might seem like leaving paper scraps lying around is no big deal, it accumulates quickly over time. Please clean up after yourself.

Access to The Cave can be revoked for violation of
any of these rules!
