CLP
The Curriculum and Leave Plan allows the Assistant Dean, Jan Cloud and the department Administrator Managers to plan the curriculum and the work time of faculty members. The CLP (File Maker Pro 5) prints reports of the classes offered. These reports are then passed to the registrar to put in the UCSC Schedule of Classes. If you need access to the CLP you can ask the Arts Administrative Systems Specialist, Lyle Troxell .
Divisional Addresses
The divisional Address book holds contact information for all of the Staff and Faculty.This File Maker 4 database is managed by Amy Bolton and can be accessed by Staff and Faculty. For access information please contact Lyle Troxell. Amy produces staff organizational charts from the data in the address book. There are two versions available online: Administrative (gif 184kb) and Academic (gif 200kb).
