Northcutt, Exchange Co-ordinator for Casa Segura, is collaborating
by documenting the procedures and sites used for needle exchange.
The images above and on subsequent pages were taken (mostly by
Mike) to document the "Deep East Oakland Exchange" at
100th and Pearmain. I have included Mikes documents here to give
a sense of the context in which project participants are engaged
by the organization and invited to participate in the project.
Mike is also participating by documenting his own past addiction
